My goal is to keep it doable and for you to learn proper mechanics, execution and to really zone in on your workout…not just do and never do again. I want to give your body the chance to show you how much it’s improved with each workout. And how strong you truly are!
The Motiv180 Workout Library consists of a handful of, there will be 2 types Total Body workouts; some strictly weight and some HIIT style. Cardio, to get your body moving, heart pumping and pores breathing; and Core strengthening videos, that I know are a must have in a successful routine and healthy lifestyle.
Okay…now I am sure you are to the point where your mind is spinning in circles, thinking about all the equipment I am going to ask you to run out and buy…well let’s put you at ease. I honestly wouldn’t doubt if you already have what you need lying in a corner or under a bed somewhere.
I recommend the following equipment(keep YOUR fitness level in mind):
x1 set of light Dumbbells (3-5lbs)
x1 set of heavier Dumbbells (8-12lbs/maybe even 15-20lbs) depends on YOU. Just be sure to have a weight that you can manage for 8-15 reps, depending on exercise.
x1 set of resistance bands (a door anchor is a good option, but knowing you have the ability to anchor it using it’s handles and a sturdy beam or other, is great too…) . Any brand will do. I’d get a pack that has multiple color coded resistances from light to heavy. *If you are unable to buy, DON’T WORRY! I am always giving out ways to modify and adapt.
